APA Teacher- Less Lesson
When I was reading the documents on APA it was telling me how we are all supposed to write a correct research paper. Citing a source means that we need to print out our information and make sure that it is completely done. A writer needs to know what their topic is and needs information on their topic in order to cite a source. The differences between a direct quote and summarized text. The direct quotes need double quotation marks, page numbers, copyright permission, author, and the year. Summarized text includes the author’s last name and the date of the publication. A reference page is a full listing of all the sources you used in your essay. Listing the sources in alphabetical order from A-Z makes a reference page. Using APA helps you organize the paper and cite the resources correctly.
