End of Year Reflection – Greatest High School Obstacle
In the beginning of my sophomore year I was on two hour and was procrastinating. Then I realized that I could do better and needed to do my homework on time. As soon as I did that my GPA was higher then I had since I lived here. I felt good about that. During second quarter I was off two hour. I was doing good and proud of myself. Third quarter I was doing better. My grades were good and I even got Student of the quarter. I felt really good about that. It was unexpected. Fourth quarter I was struggling and still on task. I don't know why I was struggling. I still kept my promise that I made to myself. I got self passes and feel good about that. I am going to play football again. Happy about that. Have good friends and still doing good in school. I hope to continue this next year. This school year has been great for me.

Playwrights Project Play Completion Reflection
It is a relief that I am now done with my play in Priester's class. Now I can go back to finishing my research paper. This play write project was a fun experience to have. I enjoyed writing a play and soon I get to see someone perform all of our plays in our class. I am also glad that I am done because now I don't have to worry about it again. This whole play thing was fun but hard at the same time. I like to write but not something I am not good at. I liked the whole idea the we write our plays and then we enter in a contest. I know that at first I did not want to enter it but I think that it would be a great idea to find out where I am at. On the form it says if we want feedback yes or no. I put yes because I want someone professional to tell me what I need to work on and what is good. So from there on it will help me improve for the next time I want to write a play. At first I did not even know why we had to write a play in class. It had nothing to do with whatever we were talking about. I was thinking to myself, how is this going to help me in english. Then toward the end I found my answer. It was helping my writing skills and helping to learn the characters. Along the way I had fun and do hope I can do this again. To be honest I was really stressed out because this took forever and the fact that we had very little time was hard. I know that we had about two to three weeks but it was still hard. My brain does not think that fast nor does it want to think that hard. I did get it done on time but man, was that a good feeling. This is out of my way and now I am back on task. Yay! I thank Mrs. Olivia for introducing me in this section of english. I might think to myself whether I want to learn more or just stop then and there. I had a good time getting to know her. She helped me a lot too. Thank you Mrs. Olivia. It was nice knowing you.
SPA Prom 2011 or Free Write
On Friday of May 20, San Pasqual Academy High School had prom. Prom was at the Hotel Del Coronado. Our theme was Masquerade. Not every one had a mask but every one did look nice. We drove on a bus to get there. When we got there we all took a picture. People were complaining but the pictures came out looking nice. When we were walking to the room where we were having our prom people were looking at us and taking pictures. We did not know them but they were telling us how nice we looked. We finally got to the room and we were all amazed at how cool it looked. There tables were nicely set and the room was just wonderful. There was a photo booth and a D.J. She was cool and she knew what kinds of songs we liked. She even danced with us which was nice. The food was good from what I was told. It was shredded beef with mash potato's and asparagus. There was a veggie plate too. It was pasta with vegetable sauce. That was good too. The salad was great but the bread was really hard. The rolls were fluffy and good. Everyone had a nice time, mostly the guys. Some of the guys were taking off there long sleeve shirts and just had there vest's on. Then when techno music played one person decided to take his shirt off. Wayne came and took him off the stage and told all the guys who took off there shirts to put them back on. After that people were having a great time dancing. I had a great time with my group I went with. We took pictures and danced all together. We had a great time. When prom was over we went back to the buses and went back home. The ride back home was tiring. We were tired. When we got back on campus we said our good nights and went home. Some of us wished we could have went to the beach like we were told we could but we didn't. I was so tired that I did not wake up the next morning till 12:00. I was that tired. Prom was better then the other one I went to. Well that's how prom was to me.

Haunted Hotel Del Coronado
At the Hotel Del Coronado there was a tragic death that occurred. A woman in her middle age life had died in room 3312. Since her death people who go know that her room is haunted. She still roams the beach sides and the halls that she once walked. People every now and then rent that room and complain about seeing her shadow or hearing noises. Ever since that day, that hotel has been called “The Haunted Hotel Del Coronado”, because of suicides and deaths of guests. There would be ghosts or spirits dancing in the ball room. There are kids running around the halls. Well now I am really going to find out. I am going to have prom there and see if I see any Ghosts.

Field Trip Paragraph
So, this week I went to two field trips. On Tuesday the 10th of May, her whole Biology class went to the Dairy Farm on Milkyway Road. On the trip I saw a bay calf that waqs just born. I was hopeing to see the calf born, but we were too late. I also got to see the workers milk the cows and how they put those section tubes around the tits. It was okay to watch but, man did it smell. Yuck! Then they showed us how they put sperm into a cow. They freeze the sperm and then when they need it, they would take it out and place it in a plastic tube. Then after that they place the plastic tube in a medal tube and then squirt the sperm in the cows vaginal area. I noticed how the cows pooped a lot. It was disgusting because it smelt. Then toward the end we got to pet the baby calves. They were so cute. At the end they gave everyone a bag field with somethings in it. Then we went back to school and went to class. On Thursday the 12th of May I went on a field trip with Beedle. He took his Spanish and Art class to see art at the county and a Museum of art in La Jolla. The art was really beautiful and I enjoyed learning about it. I know that we had a couple of complaints, that was because kids were being loud and misbehaving. That made us look bad. Then after that we went to the cliffs of La Jolla and ate lunch. It was a gorgeous view and smelt good. I even saw seals and one sea star. That was cool. I enjoyed the peaceful breeze and the wonderful smell of the ocean. I had fun overall. I am glad I went on the field trip.

Quote, Summary, or Paraphrase Paragraph
Welcome students! Today, I am going to teach you about quotes, summary, and paraphrase paragraphs. Evidence is something that proves or supports a statement. You summarize evidence when it is at the end of a paragraph or paper. To summarize you restate your main points. You quote evidence when your evidence comes from a certain person or source. To use a quote you use quotation marks and you credit the source. You paraphrase evidence when putting them into your own words and you site down the source from where you got it from. To paraphrase you you break things out into your own words. To help you remember this, you should study what the words mean.

Comment-Seeking Post
Well, the past week I have been trying to find the real meaning of a friend. I did not notice the definition until I had something happen. I learned that a friend would not lie and switch your words around to give you drama. They do not assume, but are willing to ask before starting something. I also learned that a friend is someone who is going to be there for you no matter what happens. I also learned that in a friendship there are no lies or keeping secrets. Until then and there I limited those who I hang around. I now hang with a nice group that are interested in school and have good grades. When I need help they are willing to sit down and listen. Then after all that they give me wise advice that was once told to them. I also learned the hardest part about a friend. Being a good friend is being a good person and not to lie to them even if it is the truth that will hurt, but lies hurt more then the truth. It was difficult to find but it was worth the search. I know that there is such thing as people calling each other best friends but to me it is hard to do. I know that I have one person who calls me best friend but she calls other people best friend as well. To me it is just keep it limited and make sure that they actually like you and not there to just hear your business. I learned it the hard way. I never took the easy way because then I will never learn from my mistakes. Over all friends is for ever while people are for notes and information. I know that the say sounds wrong but if you read it clear and know how to interpret it you will know that t is the truth.

President Obama’s Big Announcement
To learn about Osama bin Laden’s death, I read the news articles on the internet and learned that people around the U.S were in shock and some others were happy. Well some people were worried as well. First, US troops went out to try finding him, which took about ten and so years. Next, they had final found him in a house where their was clothes all over the floor and other stuff as well. Then, they saw him and shot him. He was dead and with his death it will lower the control of his group that he has. Finally, the news was reported back to Obama and he announced it to the people of the U.S. Now that I have read/watched the news, I predict that anger will increase in the people who fallow Bin laden and after all that it will be okay. One thing I predict is that people from his group will try to attack in the death of there leader. I think this will happen because there leader was shot and they would like revenge. Another thing I predict is after all that everything will calm down. I think this will happen because the people will become weak and not know what to do without Osama bin Laden. I hope that the people would be okay and no one would have to worry as much any more.

Posters in the Hall
No, I don't I think that it is okay. It is up to them to post what they want. I think that every person has there own words of wisdom to spread, no matter what race they are. I think that every one is equal and words are words that are said to help people. So matter what race they are it does not matter that the majority of the posters that are on the wall or from white men because there is a lot more then where that comes from. I think that every word of wisdom is something special and they were written for a reason and for someone that they know. Every poster that is in the hall way are picked by students who might not look deep enough to find that it is not just white men who write all the quotes it is also Native Americans, Mexicans, Indians, Chinese, and etc. So, I believe that it depends on who you know more and how well you know them. Also it is how far you decide to look. The quotes that I had posted are from Native Americans who have words to say and would like them to be shown to everyone who is willing to read and take the time to figure out what it means. Take those quotes that are in the hallway and use them for your selves, it can help you a lot.
